Who Is Rita Lewis?

maya2 I am a "jack of all trades" in the web development arena with over 25 years experience in marketing writing, graphic arts, content management, and web design. I have conceptualized, designed and managed brochure-, portal-, blog-,and storefront-type web sites for both non-profit and for profit organizations. I am most interested in Open Source software solutions and have become an expert in Joomla! content management system because it offers the users and not just the "techies" access to the web. I have managed large content management projects often serving as the liasion between the content providers, artists, and the IT department. I feel most comfortable in small companies or non-profits where my proactive approach is most accepted.
